Just watched a very meaningful show on Chnl 8.
The title is "Life Transformers"
Actually I thought this show was just a waste of time.
Like an old grandma story and all that.
But in this episode,
it rly brings out the meanings of Love(Family), Care and Responsibility.
It was a story about a young lady, Michelle, aged 30. Who was a mother of two sons and one daughter. Her husband commited a suicide because of too much pressure and stress. He borrowed a huge sum of money from the loan sharks, sold illegal DVDs and was jailed for several times. One day, he bought food for his family and went straight to the kitchen. The family thought he was going there to smoke like usual days but he didn't. Instead, he pushed open the window and jumped out of the window. The family was stunned, shocked and was like in a quagmire of difficulties as they did not know what to do.
[ My Reflections(:] :
- Why must he do such a stupid thing? Does he know that he still have a family which needs him to raise up the children and all that?
- Everyone have stress, I'm sure. But you need not have to do such a silly thing! This is not called solving the problem but it is called escaping from the reality.
Anyways,
back to the story,
so after a few months, Michelle suffered from depression. She went to the doctor's and got some medicine for that illness. Normally, people will listen to doctor's advice, but she didn't. She refused to take them and left them for almost a few years until they were found again from don't know where she put it a few years ago.
She had three children. Two boys and one daughter. The two boys are horrendously playful. They will never settle down for just a fw minutes. They will run about making noise and ear-piercing sreams. They will bang at the door, climb here, climb there-- just making a nuisance of themselves.Sometimes, they might even turn the whole house upside down! The eldest brother suffered from an illness called something that I don't remember which is like cannot settle down for a moment kind.
Their house looked like a pig-sty(ok.. not that kind of mud.. but like very very messy and dirty.). It was very messy like when you enter the house, you might think the whole house was a storage area for storing things or something like that. & It was very dirty. Every little corner was all filled with dirt and dust. You might not want to live in it.
But after the "Life Transformers" helped the family by throwing away those unwanted and not used things, spent some money on changing the old to the new and getting some helpers to help her find a suitable job for her, everything changed. It's like from super old to brand new! Whoa right?
From this show, I learnt that everybody makes mistakes, nobody is perfect. The love for the family MUST be there, if not, it's not a prefect, peaceful and happy family. & last but not least, responsibility. Having responsibility is very important, if it is your responsibility to be a good mother, then you must be a very good mother and you are to be responsible to anything that happens in your family.
So, I found this show very important in our lives. You guys should try to watch it. I think it's showing on every Monday at 8 to 9pm.
